Drivers Age: Minimum 25
years up to 70 years old
Drivers License: National /
International valid, must be shown with passport/ID at time of pick up
Payment: Rental fees are
payable in advance and are not refundable. We honour all credit cards and must
be shown at the time of pick up. In case the booked car is not collected, no
refund is given. Within 48hours notice before pick up, amendments can be made in
the rental dates by email or fax (+357 25820110).
In case of a rental agreement extension, a 48hours notice
before must be given via telephone (+357 25820100).
In case the car is returned before the agreed day, money is
not given back.
With the acceptance of the terms the hirer agrees that our
company has the right to charge his credit card for the rental cost, for delay
of the car, traffic fines, extensions of the car rental or any damage or loss
that may occur during the rental period.
Fuel: Is paid at the time of
pick up and is not refundable
Traffic Fines: Any fine
incurred during the rental period are the renters’ responsibility.
Insurance: if the car is
taken to NORTH CYPRUS our insurance does not
cover for any damage or mechanical problems may occur.
The insurance is Third party with excess according to the
vehicle

If the customer wishes to pay for C.D.W
(Collision damage waiver) is €8 per day extra for Groups C, D, E, F, G, H, and
€10 per day extra for Groups I, J, K.
Exceptions of C.D.W
In the event of a breakdown of the car, the hirer is not
responsible and the company will change just the car as soon as possible without
any further obligation. The hirer is responsible when after the breakdown does
not take the necessary precautions so that to stop any further damage to the
car.
The hirer is full responsible for any damage or loss caused
to the car, while the hirer is driving under the influence of intoxicating
liquors or drugs or if the Car is driven by any other person who is not declared
by the hirer to the company.
Damages on tyres, on windscreen, oil sump, loss of soft top
covers for jeep, loss of keys and tools are hirer responsibility and are not
covered.
Any damage resulting from poor or bad use of vehicle or
driven on uneven roads will be the hirer’s full responsibility.
Delivery / Collection: For a
rental period 7 days and more to/from Larnaca and
Paphos Airport
free of charge. Within Limassol area free of charge. For a rental period less
than 7 days to/from Larnaca/Paphos airport there is a charge fee €25. Delivery /
collection working hours between 08:00 and
20:00. There is a €15 charge fee for delivery / collection out of working
hours.
Extra Features:
Additional
driver €3 per day (max. 2 extra drivers), 30 days and more €2 per day.
GPS €8 per day, 15 days over €5 per day
Child Seat €4 per day, 15 days over €2 per day
Booster Seat €4 per day, 15 days over €2 per day

In case of an accident the hirer must contact with the
company at instant via phone (+357 25820100).
Company declines any responsibility for objects left in the
car, so please before you return the car make sure you take all your belongings.
Use of Personal Data:
Any details collected by the company regarding its customers,
will be used only for the online reservation system, promotion and advertising
purposes of the company. By using the website, customers permit Chris Self Drive
Cars, to use the information provided to it, for further communication with them
regarding new offers or any other amendments between them and the company.
